Structured Research Support

Get expert help to do the work — or expert support to do it yourself.

When Your Research Needs More Than Advice

Research often reaches a point where knowing what to do is not enough.

The data may be ready, but preparing and analysing it correctly may require specialist expertise. The appropriate analytical procedures must be aligned with the research objectives, the dataset must be prepared properly, and the results must be presented and explained in a form the researcher can understand and use.

Structured Research Support (SRS) provides a defined process through which ResearchBeacon can review a research support requirement, discuss it with the scholar, agree on the scope of work, and undertake the agreed specialised work.

The scholar remains connected with the process. ResearchBeacon provides the technical and analytical support, while the scholar provides the research context, essential information and materials, and participates in decisions that affect the study.

The aim is not simply to complete a task. It is to help you get the work done properly, understand what has been done, and move confidently to the next stage of your research.

Quantitative Data Analysis Support

From Data to Clear, Usable Research Results

Quantitative data analysis is not simply about applying a statistical test or generating software output. The data must first be prepared properly, the analytical procedures must be appropriate to the research objectives and hypotheses, and the results must be presented and interpreted meaningfully.

You may seek support for one clearly defined analytical requirement or for the complete quantitative analytical work associated with a thesis, dissertation, research project, or research paper.

Where ResearchBeacon undertakes the analysis, you should not be left with unexplained software output. Wherever appropriate, the analytical procedures, important assumptions, results, limitations, and implications will be explained so that you can understand and appropriately use the work completed.

ResearchBeacon provides structured support across this process. Support may include:

  • Data cleaning, coding, recoding, and structuring
  • Preparation of data for analysis
  • Examination of data quality and relevant analytical requirements
  • Agreed statistical analyses aligned with the research objectives, questions, and hypotheses
  • Preparation of tables, figures, charts, and graphs
  • Presentation of results in prescribed institutional or academic formats, including APA 7 where applicable
  • Statistical interpretation and explanation of analytical results

How Structured Research Support Works

  1. Read About the Service

Review the Structured Research Support page and decide whether the currently available Quantitative Data Analysis Support is relevant to your needs.

  2. Register for Structured Research Support

Complete SRS registration and pay the ₹500 Registration and Initial Review Fee.

  3. Access Quantitative Data Analysis Support

After successful payment, the Quantitative Data Analysis Support form will be made available for you to provide the required research and analytical details and upload relevant materials.

  4. Submit Your Requirement

Complete the form and submit the information and documents needed for ResearchBeacon to understand your analytical requirement.

  5. Initial Review and Discussion

ResearchBeacon will review the submitted details and discuss the requirements with you to clarify the study context, analytical needs, available data, and other relevant requirements.

  6. Mutual Confirmation and Finalisation

The engagement will proceed only if both the scholar and ResearchBeacon agree to proceed. The type and scope of analysis, other requirements, expected deliverables, and service fee will then be finalised.

  7. Advance Payment and Start of Work

The ₹500 already paid will be adjusted against the agreed service fee. The remaining balance of the agreed fee must be paid in full in advance before the analysis begins.

  8. Analysis and Delivery

ResearchBeacon will undertake the agreed analytical work and upload the reports and agreed outputs to the scholar’s ResearchBeacon account.

  9. Clarification, Revision and Closure

Up to three clarification sessions and three revisions within the agreed scope of work are included. Once the agreed-upon work, clarifications, and revisions are completed, the engagement will be closed.

  10. A New Engagement Requires New Registration

Any new and separate Structured Research Support engagement requires a fresh SRS registration.

Registration and Initial Review Fee

A Registration and Initial Review Fee of ₹500 is payable when you register for a Structured Research Support engagement.

The fee covers SRS registration and the professional time for the initial review and discussion of the research and analytical requirements you submit after payment. If the engagement proceeds, the ₹500 will be fully adjusted against the agreed service fee. If the engagement does not proceed after the initial review and discussion, the fee will not be refunded.

Payment of the ₹500 fee does not, by itself, guarantee acceptance of the engagement or the start of the analysis.

Expert Execution Without Losing Researcher Understanding

Structured Research Support is not about handing over a technical task and receiving an unexplained output.

Wherever appropriate, ResearchBeacon helps you understand the work undertaken, the reasoning behind important analytical procedures, the meaning of the results, the limitations that need to be recognised, and the decisions that remain your responsibility as the researcher.

Expert support should strengthen the research—not distance the researcher from it.

More Structured Research Support Services Are Coming

ResearchBeacon will progressively expand Structured Research Support to additional areas of the research process. Future services may include support for:

  • Research tool development, adaptation, translation, and psychometric investigation
  • Online and offline data collection
  • Thesis and research-paper review or restructuring

These services will be introduced progressively as dedicated support systems and expert resources are developed.
